SEASONS:
Peak Season - Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend
Mid Season - May (before Memorial Day weekend), September (after Labor Day weekend),
Thanksgiving weekend, and the week between Christmas Eve & New Year's Eve
Off-Peak - Any other time
DISCOUNTS:
Peak Season - 10% on stays of 3 days or more
- 5% on stays of 2 days
Mid Season - 10% on stays of 3 days or more
- 5% on stays of 2 days
Off-Peak - 25% on stays of 7 days or more
- 10% on stays of 3 days or more
- 5% on stays of 2 days
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the initial check-in day or the full cabin/room
charge will be assessed
Cancellations made 2 to 30 days prior to initial check-in day - $25 / night / unit
Cancellations made - 31 to 60 days prior to initial check-in day - $25 / unit
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
Additional Occupancy - $7.00 / person / night
Pet Charges - $7.00 / night - 2 pets maximum
Pets are welcome under the following rules:
1. Do not leave pets unattended, (you may leave them unattended in the cabin/room
only when they are in a pet cage).
2. Clean up after your pet. (We have pet pooper bags available.)
3. Use your own pillows and blankets for your pet's bedding. (We do have a few
blankets you may use.)
Air Cleaning Charge - $25 / hour
(Charged when smoke is detected in the cabins/rooms.)
