CHECK-IN: Between 3:00 p.m. & 8:00 p.m.
CHECK-OUT: 11:00 a.m.
Please no early check-in's or late check-out's (no exceptions during peak or mid season)
SEASONS:
Peak Season - Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend
Mid Season - May (before Memorial Day weekend), September (after Labor Day weekend),
Thanksgiving week, and the two full weeks of Christmas & New Year's
Off-Peak - Any other time
DISCOUNTS:
Peak Season - 10% on stays of 3 days or more Mid Season - 10% on stays of 3 days or more Off-Peak - 10% on stays of 3 days or more
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations must be made at least 2 days prior to the initial check-in day or the full cabin/room charge will be assessed Cancellations made 3 to 30 days prior to initial check-in day - $25 / night / unit Cancellations made - 31 to 60 days prior to initial check-in day - $25 / unit NO Refund for early departures
ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
An Additional Occupancy Fee of $10.00 per person / per night WILL BE CHARGED when total persons exceeds "Occupancy Base" in the "Pricing / Rates Information" table at the top of this page. Pet Charges - $10.00 / night - 2 pets maximum Pets are welcome under the following rules:
Do not leave pets unattended, (you may leave them unattended in the cabin/room only when they are in a pet cage and do not bark). Clean up after your pet. There will be an extra charge for not cleaning up after your pet. (We have pet pooper bags available.) Use your own pillows and blankets for your pet's bedding. (We do have a few blankets you may use.)
Air Cleaning Charge - Minimum $100 / hour plus loss of rental (Charged when smoke is detected in the cabins/rooms.)
